Since my first trial class at Kore Club with Sabina on September 28th, 2024, at 7:00 a.m., I've been completely hooked. This reformer Pilates class is no joke. I used to work out and do yoga, convinced I was fairly fit, but I quickly realized how humbled I was that first day.

At first, I thought it would be easy—just a matter of flexibility like yoga. Boy, was I mistaken. The reformer machine is deceptively challenging, feels like yoga with weights, combined with elements of a HIIT workout. I hate to admit it, but it was exactly what I needed. Aleksa and Sabina immediately saw the curves in my back and my misalignments, guiding me through each session with those insights in mind. Over seven months, I've become so much stronger. I can now do a full push-up, and I'm proud to say I can do double-leg kick-ups for a headstand—things I never thought possible.

What makes Kore Club truly special is the community they've built. The advice on food, nutrition, and mental wellbeing from both coaches and fellow members is invaluable. They've even arranged socials that make this journey not just about fitness but also about connection and growth.

I have to laugh sometimes as I fall asleep, hearing Sabina and Aleksa's voice whispering, “tuck your bum, chest down, squeeze those glutes,” because their keen eyes always ensure my form is perfect before they increase the resistance. They can be a little scary in bootcamp mode, but that only pushes you to conquer the world on jelly legs and floppy arms.

If you're even thinking about joining Kore Club, don't hesitate. Just do it. It's a challenge, but the transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally—is absolutely worth it.

So I joined Kore last year and what I loved about my experience at Kore was the detail to form, alignment and posture. I found myself getting stronger and stronger. What I have noticed is my upper back. It’s one of my weakest spots to target and I now feel every bit of “sexy back” exercises! 😂

The sweat is real and it feels so good at the end. I love Kore and I especially am thankful for both Sabina and Aleksa and their expertise!
